About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate UI Designer who lives and breathes user-centric design. If you’re someone who obsessed with pixel-perfect interfaces, champions UX principles, and thrives on creating seamless experiences across platforms, we want you on our team.

You’ll be working primarily on an iOS and a Mac Application.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Design Excellence: Craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for mobile apps, desktop applications keeping AI agentic behaviour in mind .
• User-Centered Approach: Collaborate with UX researchers to translate user needs and behaviors into elegant design solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Prototyping & Testing: Develop interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to refine user experiences.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on mobile and desktop applications, CRM systems, and AI interfaces.
• Tools Proficiency: Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• UX Knowledge: Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards.
• Technical Collaboration: Familiarity with front-end development processes to ensure feasible and efficient design implementations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
