About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, to join our Go-To-Market team at Prem AI.

This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role for someone who can operate comfortably across sales conversations, system design, and hands-on engineering. You will work directly with enterprise customers to scope complex AI solutions, guide technical decision-making, and accelerate deals from first conversation to production readiness.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Technical Pre-Sales Leadership: Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, scope solutions, and support complex enterprise deals involving C-level technical and business stakeholders.
• Solution Architecture & Design: Design secure, scalable end-to-end architectures for LLM-powered and ML-driven applications, including data flows, deployment models, and integration patterns.
• Forward-Deployed Engineering: Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and demos showcasing Generative AI and traditional ML use cases tailored to customer environments.
• Security & Compliance Support: Support customer conversations around IT security, privacy, and compliance requirements for SaaS deployments.
• Customer Technical Engagement: Act as the trusted technical advisor throughout evaluations, pilots, and early production deployments.
• GTM Enablement: Enable internal teams with technical narratives, demos, and reference architectures that clearly communicate Prem AI’s value.
• Product Feedback Loop: Surface customer insights to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and improve platform usability.
• Deployment Readiness: Help customers plan for production — including cloud architecture, networking considerations, inference infrastructure, and cost awareness.
